Rose is a fair skin lifelike reborn baby art doll with a huggable doe suede body, soft vinyl textured skin and unisex belly plate sealed with Genesis Matte Finish. Rose was sculpted by Donna RuBert, manufactured by Bountiful Baby, and reborn by Les Be'be's de Deloche. She has a lovely Les Be'be's de Deloche ribbon label attached to her backside and wears newborn size clothes. Rose has a faint baby powder scent and comes from a smoke free home.
This little angel has been hand painted with many layers of heat-set Genesis paint so that the skin resembles a real baby, with all the natural blushing and light blotching, as well as tiny veins that appear to be just under the skin. Many of the photos were taken in studio lighting to show all details; however, the tiny faint veins on the hands, wrists, feet, ankles, upper thighs, and belly are barely noticeable in these photos. Her finger and toe nails are nicely manicured and sealed with gloss. Rose is a very beautiful baby without flaws or birthmarks.
Rose has micro rooted NuBorn Mohair™ on the scalp (38R needle), eye lashes (38R needle), and brows (42F needle), including a strong magnet to hold the dummy pacifier, which have all been sealed from the inside of the head. Because this brand of mohair is super fine newborn hair, at least five strands have been rooted into each plug to give her a full head of baby hair that can be styled in several different ways. Rose's hair is very soft, straight, and lays down nicely due to directional rooting with a natural crown swirl like a real baby.
Rose has a neck ring that allows her head to turn easily from side to side. And she has been weighted with micro glass beads in the head, hands, and feet which have been sealed with plugs and permanent glue just above the Angel Silk ® ultra-soft polyester.
Rose has ¾ jointed limbs with ¼ doe suede filled with Angel Silk ® ultra-soft polyester, which allows her limbs to move naturally. And her doe suede body has been weighted with enclosed steel shot (3 times the weight of glass beads, which allows for more Angel Silk ® ultra-soft polyester), silicon baby-fat plates on the tummy and rear, and lots of Angel Silk ® ultra-soft polyester to feel like a real baby, so she will snuggle right into your arms with evenly distributed weight for a natural cuddling experience. Rose feels like an 8-pound baby.
Rose will arrive at your home wrapped in a receiving blanket, Les Be'be's de Deloche photo quality birth certificate with a blank space for her name so you can rename her, reborn care instructions, two outfits shown below (sherbet colored dress and white jacket with headband, watermelon jumper with hair bow, pair of socks, white satin shoes, lime green bunny, lime green magnet dummy pacifier, bottle with goodies for mommy and/or daddy, two diapers, hair brush and comb). All other items in photos are for props and are not included in the offer. Everything will be beautifully and expertly wrapped within a Les Be'be's de Deloche gift box that will be enclosed in a second shipping box to protect the contents.
This is not a toy, but a high-quality art doll for adult collectors that required many weeks to complete with multiple processes to produce a reborn art doll at this caliber. Only the finest materials have been used to reborn baby Rose. Due to the strong magnet in the art doll's head, care should be taken around individuals with pacemakers and electronics. However, upon request before bidding, the magnet behind the mouth can be removed before shipping.
